Aluminum (in Deodorant)

Use caution — no strong link to cancer or testosterone; aluminum-free deodorants are an easy switch if you're concerned.
Testosterone & hormonal load
Aluminum in antiperspirants works by temporarily blocking sweat ducts. While some researchers have proposed a link to breast cancer based on aluminum's ability to weakly mimic estrogen at receptors, large epidemiological studies have not confirmed this association. The NCI and FDA do not consider evidence strong enough to restrict aluminum in antiperspirants. Testosterone-specific effects are not established. Aluminum-free deodorant alternatives are effective and eliminate any potential concern.
