Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Mangood account and data here, without installing the app.
Already have the app?
The fastest way to delete your account is in the app: go to Profile → Delete Account. This removes your account and its data immediately.
Requesting deletion from the web
If you don’t have the app installed, email us from the address associated with your account and we’ll delete it for you.
Or email support@mangood.app directly with the email address on your account and a request to delete it.
What gets deleted
- Your account and authentication record
- Your health profile (life stage, dietary approach, allergens)
- Your scan history and shelf
- Your subscription and purchase records held on our side
Analytics events recorded before your deletion request are not linked to your name or email — only to an internal account ID, which no longer resolves to you once your account is deleted. They remain in our analytics provider’s systems for the retention period described in our Privacy Policy.
Timeline
Deletion requested in the app is immediate. Requests submitted through this page are handled manually and completed within 30 days of receipt. We’ll confirm by email once it’s done.
